Log into your WoodPlank account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original wooden crates or packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
